Sutra is a big hit in Taiwan

Sutra finally tours to Taiwan

Some seven years since Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui's Sutra was first performed, the show finally made a stop in Taiwan where it was performed to huge acclaim by the audience.

The staff at Kaohsiung Festival gave the Sutra team a warm welcome and even provided the audience with some Gormley style boxes to play with.

The team were also treated to a tour of the new National Arts Centre which is currently under construction.

PUSHing the boundaries in Taipei


Following on from their massively successful final London performances, Sylvie Guillem and Russell Maliphant performed PUSH in Taipei for the first time this weekend.

They were certainly looking forward to the show as giant posters appeared all over the city.





Could this be the last time PUSH is ever performed? Watch this space for future dates for all Sadler's Wells' productions.
